Accommodations
Students attending our Siebel Institute and World Brewing Academy courses in Chicago, Munich or Montreal can choose from a variety of properties offering special rates in these cities during our course sessions.
Our selected properties have been chosen for value, comfort, convenience and security, giving students a choice of affordable accommodations in these world-class cities.
Chicago Campus
The Siebel Institute of Technology has been part of the Chicago landscape since 1872. While the mandate of the school has always been to provide a world-class brewing education, the school itself has changed both form and location since its creation over 130 years ago.
In August 2008, the Siebel Institute of Technology moved into its new campus facilities at 1777 North Clybourn Avenue across from Goose Island Brewpub on North Clybourn in Chicago.
Doemens Academy Munich Campus
Doemens was founded in 1895 by the pharmacist Dr. Albert Doemens as a training center for the brewing industry, and has since built a worldwide reputation as an international training and service institute for the brewing, beverage, and food sectors. While primarily known for their German-language educational services, Doemens also offers English-language training both within their campus and in seminars held off-campus.
Siebel Institute of Technology Montreal Campus
For the first time in our history, the Siebel Institute of Technology now operates a permanent educational facility outside of our Chicago home. The Siebel Institute of Technology Montreal facility offers state-of-the-art facilities set within our laboratory at the Biotechnology Research Institute, a center for yeast genetics and fermentation research.
