On-site Training: Siebel Institute Draught Executive Course

The 2-day Siebel Institute Draught Executive Course is formed of the first 2-day segment of our Draught Master Program. The Executive program is perfect for those looking to cover key issues behind draught technology in the shortest possible time period.

Over the span of the course, students will cover draught theory issues that affect beer quality, speed of service, system hygiene and many other important areas. Students need no prior understanding of draught technology to participate in this course, and on completion they will have a sound understanding of the scientific principles behind draught service.

Martin Schuster is President of Draftek, Inc., a draught beer industry consulting and education services firm, and CEO and a Founder of The Draught Beer Guild, a non-profit organization with the mission of promoting and protecting quality draught beer. Martin is past President and a founding family member of AJEX USA, a supplier of draught beverage dispense equipment, installation and education services. Martin is the Siebel Draught Course Instructor and Draught Program Director.
