The Siebel Institute of Technology, America's oldest Brewing School, is looking for a Technical Support Assistant to help provide technical assistance to our students during the various online learning experiences the Institute offers worldwide. For the position offered, being fluent in written and spoken Spanish is a must. Adequate training in administration of our custom-built educational platforms will be provided. This job is offered with the prospect of permanent employment (including full benefits) after at least 6 months of probation.
Responsibilities
- Supporting students setting up their equipment to access the online materials.
- Assisting the faculty in creating educational content using online and offline tools.
Requirements
- A strong desire to work part-time from your home.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Able to work independently and utilize tools to stay connected to your team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Problem-solving skills
- Profound knowledge of desktop and mobile devices, basic networking and
internet-related technologies.
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint.
- Ability to adapt well to change
- Candidates having brewing experience (home or commercial) are preferred.
